The Campaign Registry (TCR) is a centralized platform designed to register businesses and their text messaging campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. The system aim is to help reduce spam, boosts trust between businesses and consumers, improves message deliverability, and allows for higher sending volumes without compromising on security. We’re looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong business instincts and a proven ability to manage complex data, track performance, and create insightful reports and visuals using tools like Tableau.
In this role, you’ll either lead or be part of a small team responsible for Business/Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards. Our global cloud platform handles registration services, capturing and sharing data from thousands of businesses while ensuring top-notch quality control, availability, and security.

Responsibilities:
– Take ownership of company data assets, ensuring quality, consistency and proper interpretation across the organization.
– Create and maintain proper definitions of company data assets, ensuring integrity across various company databases.
– Manage the design, development and delivery of reports, dashboards and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
– Manage and optimize data capture, as an integral part of all customer facing and service delivery processes, with the appropriate business metrics.
– Oversee the data/reporting requests process. Define, develop and implement a wide range of operational procedures for delivery of ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
– Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting for internal and external customers.
– Maintain a secure environment, consistent with company policies and procedures for data protection.
Requirements:
– BSc in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar.
– A minimum of 4 years, preferably 5+ years experience as Data- or Business Analyst, with hands-on experience with database queries and in-depth understanding of Tableau (preferred) and/or Microsoft BI.
– Hands on experience with customer lifecycle tracking and deep understanding of subscription business models is required.
– Strong knowledge of data mining principles with data collection and mapping from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
– Experience with Database Technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle. Experience with data processing languages such as Python is a plus.
– Demonstrated ability to produce high quality output, including effective visuals. Knowledge of best practices of state of the art tools in Data Reporting, and Data Visualization tools.
– Experience with common security practices for storing and exchange of business information.
– Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
– Ability to work independently as part of a small, high-energy, fast moving startup environment.
– Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
