Qualifications
– 4+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale, multi-threaded, and distributed systems using Java.
– Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
– Experience developing REST-based microservices deployed on containers (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Docker).
– Skilled on SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis) including data modeling.
– Solid experience in the Linux environment.
– Leads teams in the architecture, design, and development of product features, customer solutions, and processes.
– Manages staff and oversees project logistics and resource allocation.
– Coordinates between stakeholders and engineers to communicate business requirements and technical information.
– Maintains high quality standards and assures processes meet security compliance.
– Proficiency with Agile software development and best practices.
– Primary Language: English, bilingual a plus, but not required.. Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply.
